Uluberia Industrial Park

Uluberia Industrial Park situated at Uluberia comprising of total three mouza namely Amraberia, Chandipur and Harinarayanchak. Till date WBIDC have received possession of total 128.69 acres of land in the said park from WBIIDC through Transfer Deed and Lease Deed.

  • The industrial park is spread over 128.69 acres of land under Amraberia, Chandipur and Harinarayanchak.
  • The project site is well connected by roads with Kolkata, the state's capital, located approximately 55 km.
  • The site is bounded by national Highway No: 16 connecting it to the Mumbai.
  • The nearest railway station is Birshibpur at 1.2 km from site.
  • Nearest Airport - Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport.
  • Canal is passing through the site.
  • All prospective investors are entitled to incentives available as per West Bengal Incentive Scheme.

  • Roads: All the plots within the park will be connected through arterial roads.
  • Drainage: Proper Drainage available.

  • Fire detection and fire fighting system is controlled by each allottee in their own allotted plot.
  • Street lighting is available in the entire park.
