West Bengal Industrial Development Corporation Limited (WBIDC) is setting up Howrah industrial park, at Belur in Howrah, West Bengal. The Park will spread over approx. 69.225 acres of land under Mouzas - Bally (J.L.No.14) and Belur (J.L.No.15).

Price:-
The price of allottable land is Rs. 2,60,24,355.00 per acre. Price is on as-is- basis and without incorporating any infrastructure development cost and neither the cost of utilities. The project area comprising of 69.225 acres is leased land to WBIDC from the Govt. of West Bengal. The site has been leased for 99 years to WBIDC. Therefore, WBIDC would enter into a long term assignment for 99 years upon receipt of approval from the Government of West Bengal.

Application money has to be deposited along with above application, in form of DD / Bankers cheque in favour of WBIDC Ltd, Kolkata. Amount of Application money as follows:
