State approvals required to be taken by an investor for starting one’s enterprise in the Industrial Park –
Paridhan – Garment Park, Beliaghata, Kolkata
Before according necessary approval for any assistances, the authority concerned demands that the entrepreneur should obtain the necessary clearances and/or licenses, as may be required as per statues from the relevant authorities relating to various Acts and rules framed thereunder.
A list such licenses /clearances vis-a-vis the issuing authorities,which need to be taken by the enterprises, provided operations are as per the terms and conditions of allotment,are as given below:
